PREMIUS digital 3Chip software options.
The reporting function automatically generates job and roll reports, provides a comprehensive statistical analysis of the job and a detailed statistical and informational analysis of each roll that comprised the job.
With these reports you supply your customers with the complete proof of your printing quality.
Functional principle
Generating comprehensive reports on the quality of print from a press is as simple as connecting a printer to the PREMIUS digital 3Chip and pressing an icon.
The reporting function automatically generates job and roll reports, provides a comprehensive statistical analysis of the job and a detailed statistical and informational analysis of each roll that comprised the job.

Job & Roll Reporting
The report begins with an “Overview” section, showing when the job was run, start and stop time for each roll in the run and the length of each roll.
The report shows the critical system settings during the run, i.e. warning and alarm thresholds, color space used,defect sensitivity settings etc..
The “Overview” also provides detailed information on each quality attribute inspected during the run - color,defects and bar codes. Following the overall job report are individual reports for each roll that made up the job.
The roll reports contain great detail on quality parameters and on every specific “event” that occurred as the job was produced.
