Certain web guiding processes continuously repeat themselves. Others vary from application to application.
The BST accessories, such as sensor positioning devices or oscillation systems simplify routine work, save time and help you optimize productivity and quality.
Oscillation
The BST oscillation system enables the controlled lateral displacement of the web of material with an adjustable amplitude (size of the movement) and frequency (speed of the movement).
This functionality is either available as the principle shown on the left, or by means of two independent moveable sensors with an electronic overlay. Oscillation is mainly used for rewinding of tubular films or for materials with an irregular thickness profile in order to avoid poor winding.

Electronic remote precision adjustment (EFE)
Depending on the conditions surrounding the machine or the production demands, it may be necessary to adjust the web position far from the guiding device.
The BST electronic remote precision adjustment allows the correction of the web position from any place on the machine.
