Combi Controller in digital technique for universal application

The ekr 1500 controller is micro-processor controlled and especially suitable for guiding applications such as:

Digital signal processing and high resolution guarantee precise web guiding and optimum accuracy.

The ekr 1500 has been developed on the basis of the latest SMD technology and is equally suitable for simple or sophisticated guiding demands. With the future in mind the system can be either fully integrated into the machine controls or connected to a bus system.

All system components can be directly connected.


Different sensing systems guarantee universal applications

Up to 3 sensors may be connected with the ekr 1500.

Comfortable operation by easiest setup function

Neatly arrenged film keyboard; easy handling by colour coded function keys and use of symbols.

All relevant presettings are taken over automatically by the installed sensing system and stored in memory:

LED arrays indicate the limits of the proportional band of sensors when guiding to web edges.
