The ekr 500 is designed to be easy to operate and to provide precise and reliable web control. The new compact design can be easily integrated into any equipment that requires web guiding.

The ekr 500 was inspired by the need to provide a compact web guide controller with all necessary features to meet all standard web guiding requirements. This makes the ekr 500 very user-friendly with simplified controls that reduce system start-up and handling to a minimum. With less start-up time and handling, you improve productivity and save time immediately.


Compact and flexible

The compact design of the ekr 500 controller with its unique removable control panel ensures simple integration into every machine.

Operation of the ekr 500 is carried out via a control panel that is attached to the front side of the controller. If the installation requires a remote mounting of the control panel due to space or access limits, it can be remotely mounted in the machine operator control station.The square shape of the control panel and reduced profi le allows it to be easily mounted in a variety of positions

It couldn’t be easier to use

The user-friendly membrane keypad with colour-coded icons provides a simple and intuitive operation. The controls ensure fast and direct access to all of the functions of the ekr 500.

 

The logically designed and illuminated graphical display of the control panel shows all of the functions and parameters during operation. The universally understood symbols used on the graphical display eliminate the need for any text display.
